Terms and conditions
All tanning is done at customer’s risk. Pelts and hides accepted on this basis only. The greatest of care is taken to preserve your furs. We know the value of a skin and what it can represent to our customers, but some factors during slaughtering, skinning and shipping can affect the tanning. If the skinning, fleshing and drying of the pelts is not done properly or is not done within a reasonable time frame, this could impact the final tanning results. Ex. Grease burns, the rotting of hair roots, etc. This is beyond our responsibilities and control.

All orders from outside NB must be accompanied by an export permit or equivalent.​

The tanning service is taxable

Some skins may be subject to a surcharge of $ 35$/h or a special price. This extra charge may apply to skins that are an unusual size, texture and origin. It can also apply to skins that have been poorly prepared.

The order must be paid in full before being sent back. Transportation and other costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an agreement was made in advance.

Net 30 days, 2% interest will be charged on orders past due.

Any skins not claimed after 90 days will be sold to pay for tanning costs.

We do not accept Lama, Alpaca and Caribou skins.
